The word doctor comes from the Latin word for “teacher,” itself from docēre, meaning “to teach.” Throughout my journey to becoming a physician, I have given back by coaching and tutoring hundreds of students.
The coaching journey has included teaching techniques to master various types of standardized exams, academic advisement, organization and stress management skills during school, college and graduate school planning, and mindfulness.
